Usher Society

While every ministry affects our worship, some ways of service are more closely related to the parish’s liturgical celebration. One of these ministries is that of the usher. Ushers are responsible for the good order in the liturgical celebrations. They meet and greet the people at the door, lead them to their places and to Communion stations, direct processions and hand out bulletins, and take up collections in the church. Anyone 18 years of age or older, male or female, who would like to serve in this capacity, should see one of the priests of the parish or speak with an usher at the Mass you attend.
