Spanish Apostolate of the Sacred Heart

Apostolado Hispano de La Iglesia Sagrado Corazon Nuestra misión es tender un puente sobre del boquete entre los servicios linguísticos ingleses ofrecidos por la parroquia ; y los feligreses que se sienten más cómodos en la idioma espanol. Con el ministerio del apostolado, (y bajo dirección del Padre Carl Johnson y del padre George Pulparayil) La Sagrada Misa en español se dan el primer y tercer Sábado de cada mes, con una Hora Santa el segundo sábado de cada mes.Un Circulo de oracion Carismatico se lleva a cabo los Lunes a partir del 7 a 9:30pm. Tambien se planea otras actividades para la comunidad hispána que estén abiertas a todos. El visitation casero con el Rosario es común, y estamos también en la cooperación con el Msgr. Our mission is to bridge the gap between English language services offered by the parish and those whom are most comfortable in their respective native hispanic tongues. Through the Ministry of the Apostolate and under the direction of Father Carl Johnson and Father George Pulparayil, Masses in Spanish are celebrated the first and third Saturday of every month, with a Holy Hour on the second Saturday. A Charismatic Prayer group is held Monday evenings from 7 to 9:30 pm. Other activities for the Hispanic Community that are open to all are also held. Home visitation with the recitation of the Rosary is common, and we are also in cooperation with Hispanic Outreach under the auspices of Bishop Jesu Iriondo of the Archdiocese of New York.
