Mass cards

Mass cards are available from the Parish office between the hours of 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. For those individuals who do not live close by, please send an e-mail with your name, phone number and Mass request to . Someone will call you to help you with your request.

The following mass cards are available:

Holy Souls Society

The deceased is enrolled in the Parish Holy Souls Society and shares in the spiritual benefits of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass offered every week for members of the Society. The deceased person’s name is written in the Holy Souls Book, which is located in the main Church to the right of the Tabernacle. A hard cover Mass card is written out which includes the deceased person’s name, the date and the address of the individual giving the Mass card. The Mass card is suitable for mailing. (This is not an announced Mass. The name of the deceased will not appear in the Bulletin.)

Announced Mass

Announced Masses are celebrated every day. Individuals can select a specific date they would like the deceased memorialized based on the availability of that date. The deceased’s name will be announced at that Mass and will also be published in the Bulletin of the week the Mass is scheduled to be celebrated. A hard cover Mass card is written out which includes the deceased person’s name, the date and the address of the individual giving the Mass card, which is suitable for mailing.

Month’s Mind Mass

A Month’s Mind Mass is celebrated on the fourth Sunday each month. This Mass gives everyone the opportunity to have a deceased person remembered at a Sunday Mass. The name of the deceased will appear in the Bulletin the week the Mass is scheduled to be celebrated. A card is available for mailing.

Special Intention Mass (Spiritual Bouquet for the Living)

Once a month a Special Intentions Mass is celebrated for someone who is ill, or for whatever reason or intention is desired by the person giving the Mass. The Special Intentions Mass is an opportunity to have a Mass celebrated on a Sunday. The name of the person intended for the Mass will appear in the Bulletin on the week the Mass is scheduled to be celebrated. A card is available for mailing.

The suggested donation for all Masses is $15 and a Mass card is given when the Mass is scheduled.
