Blue Army Cadet Sodality
The Blue Army Cadet Sodality of Our Lady of Fatima welcomes new members from grades two through eight. Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month, September through June, from 4:30 to 5:30 pm at the Chapel Hall. The children are encouraged to practice the First Saturdays of Reparation by attendance at 9:00 am Mass. Formed to promote devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary in accordance with the Fatima message, students are instructed in this beautiful Marian devotion promulgated by Pope John II. In addition to praying the rosary before the Blessed Sacrament, they deepen their knowledge of Jesus, Our Lady, and the saints through readings, film and song. Members also participate in the annual May Crowning at the Chapel. Students preparing to receive the sacrament of Confirmation are welcome to fulfill church service by participating and helping with younger members.
